With the news of a possible new release of FBCB, I have taken this game back up. One of my favorite posts on these boards was the Blue Sky Conference by Jestor. So I decided to make my own version, with a few minor twists.
I replaced the SWAC, with a new conference called the American 10 Conference.
I removed the six best teams in this conference based on prestige, and replaced them with the six worst Independent teams.
This left a conference with a range of prestige from 0 to 8
I also created 10 level 0, new coaches for the teams, I did not make generic names for these coaches, but named them after their abilities.
The teams and starting prestige is listed below as well as the coaches, and their abilities to give you an idea of where I am going with this.
I set each team set up to Automate: Schedule, Recruiting, Training, and Game Strategy.

With any future coach advancement, I will try and break the additional 20 pts up according to the coach's trend above. Also any money used for recruiting will be cut in half, with half going to improved asst coaches, with preference to the trend above as well.
I did not see a way to automate asst coach selection and had to do this manually as best as possible.
