1) You can edit a player, can't recall from memory if you can add a player. If you can't, I guess you could always just edit the freshman walk-on on a particular roster.
2) yes.
3) yes. During the scheduling phase go to the team schedule screen, select the date you want to schedule the game and then select a team. This will submit your offer to play them, and during the next day of scheduling you will get a response from that team saying yes or no.
4) In tools, edit current league. Select 'upcoming recruits' (working from memory here), and it's available from in there.
