So I decided to kick up the old version of FBCB and remembered remaking a lot of the NBA's future stars, busts, and everything in between. I won't be controlling a team but instead will watch the likes of Shane Battier, Gilbert Arenas, Kenyon Martin ect. and watch high school prospects like Zach Randolph, Dwyane Wade, and DeShawn Stevenson, re-select their college of choice or possibly even head right for the draft.

So Let's get started!

First off.. let's start off with the High School Players that will be recruited throughout the early part of the season..

Player Rankings: 5 Star Athletes
1. Eddie Griffin 6'10" PF
-Griffin is rated the best player coming out of high school. Very versatile forward. A very underrated defender and a strong scorer. Top of the line schools will go for Griffin.

2. Gerald Wallace 6'7" SF
-Might be the best defender in the class. He will be playing on the wing in college but has the ability to play both forward spots with his aggressive style of play. All-American and Mr. Basketball of Alabama.

3. Zach Randolph 6'9" C/PF
-Quite possibly the best high school player in the nation. All-American and Mr. Basketball for the state of Indiana. Averaged 30 points per game and 12 rebounds this season.

4. Caron Butler 6'6" SF
-A Fifth year senior but someone many elite colleges will be hoping to land. Very smart on both sides of the court, All-American and Mr. Basketball of Maine.

5. Darius Miles 6'9" SF
-A tenacious defensive player on the wing. Offensively relies on his athletic ability to score. All-America and Mr. Basketball of Indiana.

6. Dwyane Wade 6'4" SG
-The best SG in the nation, offensively and definitely defensively. Might be the best player coming out of High School. All-American from Illinois.

7. Jared Jeffries 6'11" PF
-A lengthy forward and second All-American player from Indiana. Should translate into a first round pick in a few seasons if he continues to make strides in his all-around game.

8. Michael Martin 6'5" SG
- Fake player, all state for Indiana but only averaged 8 points a game. Might be a bust player if he doesn't have high potential.

9. Omar Cook 6'1" PG
- Best point guard coming out of high school. A gifted playmaker and a solid shooter makes Cook a tough guard. All-American and Mr. Basketball for New York

10. Chris Duhon 6'1" PG
- Very well rounded PG, isn't a big time scorer but he is a big time play maker. A smart defender and classy pass for Mr. Basketball of Louisiana.

11. Jerry McLellen 6'0" PG
- Fake player, small PG who scores pretty well and looks like he gets in the passing lanes well. Not too many assists. No awards in the state of New Jersey.

12. Chris Wilcox 6'10" C
-A solid bigman and All-American from North Carolina. A very strong defender and rebounds the ball very well. Offensively will need to learn footwork at the college level.

13. Antonio Starks 6'6" SG
-Fake player, no high school awards from New York.

14. Trinidad Hannah 6'10" C
- Another fake player I'll watch where he goes and see's if he can make solid college career and potentially transferred over to the FBB Draft. 14/10 guy in High School, 54FG%, no college awards.

15. Robert Garcia 6'9" PF
- Fake player, once again just adding him to the page to see how he stacks up against eventually against the rest of the field.

16. Scott Holliday 6'6" SG
- Fake player out of my home state Montana. Pretty solid scorer. Will watch to see where he goes and how he performs.

Player Rankings: 4 Star Athletes

17. Andre Barrett 5'10" PG
-Barrett was a stud in high school in New York, a bit small in size but a strong playmaker and defender. Will need to develop a better jumpshot.

18. Justin Reed 6'7" PF
-Oddly enough didn't win Mr. Basketball for Mississippi. Instead was one by a guy not even in the top 50. Shorter power forward who looks to have a second shot of making it to the big time.

19. DeShawn Stevenson 6'5" SF
-A gifted scorer from Fresno. The All State player from California will be a should heavily consider going to college before headed straight to the pros this time.

20. Adam Boone 6'2" PG
-Mr. Basketball of Minnesota. Gets another chance of being in the top 20 in the nation coming out of high school.

21. Bernard Robinson Jr 6'6" SF
-Mr. Basketball of D.C. Robinson is a tough defensive player. A bit raw offensively but should grow nicely if he decides to star in college for a few seasons.

28. Orien Greene 6'4" PG
All-American and Mr. Basketball of Florida. Many believe he will be a better combo guard with his size. Very efficient PG.

35. Mike Sweetney 6'8" PF
-Not a big time scorer but doesn't a little bit of everything very well. Won't have too many complaints for the All-State from Maryland.

39. Andre Brown 6'9" PF
-Another former CHI-state high school star. Brown will get a second chance to see what could of been. No awards in Illinois.

45. Mario Austin 6'9" C
-Big name coming out of High School in real life, didn't live up to the hype. A decent scorer and All-State player for Alabama.

51. Taliek Brown 6'1" PG
-Defensively this New York PG is scary. Offensively, well he looks like he needs a lot of help.

54. Darius Rice 6'10" PF
-All-American and Mr. Basketball for Mississippi. A lanky athletic forward.

62. Jameer Nelson 5'11" PG
-Underrated All-State PG from Penn. Should equivalent to a solid college point guard and future NBA second round.

63. Rickey Paulding 6'5" SG
-All-State Detroit native is a tough scoring machine at times. Also very athletic for his size.

64. Marcus Taylor 6'3" PG
-All-American and Mr. Basketball out of Michigan. Taylor will get another shot at becoming a great college point guard.

75. Scott Hazelton 6'8" PF
-Strong rebounder and defensive players. All-State from Massachusetts.

78. Michael Felton 6'3" SG
-Fake player, adding him for fun and to follow a 3 star fake athlete.

84. Niel Fingleton 7'6" C
-Mr. Basketball of Massachusetts, added him because he was the tallest player coming in. Figured we'd see how he could of played.

95. T.J. Cummings 6'10" PF
-Anther star player from Illinois. No awards though.

UR: Brian Brodderick 6'9" C
-All State Texas star. Gets another shot to try to make it big.

UR: Travon Bryant 6'8" PF
-Long Beach star at Jordan High School gets a second shot. No awards.

UR: Jerome Harper 6'5" SG
-Strong scorer out of Tennessee. No awards.

UR. Romain Soto 6'4" SG
-A second chance of becoming a solid NCAA player for the all-state Ohio player.

-Upset because we don't get to see what these guys could have done in college. But should make for an interesting draft class in FBB. 2000 draft class should look stronger with these college athletes entering out of high school

Now, enough of the high school players for a minute; Let's take a look at the top 25 teams in the Pre-Season pole and the players that will lead them.

1. Duke
-Looks like SF Shane Battier will lead this Duke team into the top spot. Freshman PF/C Carlos Boozer should be a fun watch as well as Freshman PG, who looks to be the 6th man for the squad. Chris Carrawell, senior small forward who was a late draft pick will come off the bench while freshman SG/SF Mike Dunleavy JR will redshirt this season for Duke.

2. Maryland
-Another ACC team. Sophomore center Lonny Baxter will man the middle while junior SF/PF Terence Morris will be on the wing and sophomore Juan Dixon will be next to him. Steve Blake will be redshirting.

3. Florida
-Sophomore PF/C Donnell Harvey starts for Florida at PF. Sophomore small forward and shart shooter Mike Miller will come off the bench. Sophomore Udonis Haslem and freshman Matt Bonner, both PF's, will redshirt.

4. Kansas
-Led by Freshman PF, Drew Gooden, as well as another PF freshman, Nick Collison coming off the bench. Kirk Hinrich, freshman PG, will redshirt for this Kansas squad.

5. Illinois
-Freshman Brian cook comes off the bench for this team while sophomore center Robert Archibald will redshirt and so will freshman PG Frank Williams.

6. Arizona
-Junior C Loren Woods will start for them as will Sophomore SF Richard Jefferson, and freshman SG/PG will start at the 2 spot. Freshman SG Luke Walton will redshirt.

7. UCLA
-Sophomore PF Jerome Moiso gets the start, Freshman SF Jason Kapono will also start for the team while senior Earl Watson will likely come off the bench. Sophomores C Dan Gadzuric and SF Matt Barnes will both be redshirting.

8. Oklahoma State
-One player, senior SF Desmond Mason will look to be the star of OKST.

9. Oklahoma
-Good in state rivalry with senior SF Eduardo Najera liking up as a starter.

10. Kentucky
-Senior C Jamaal Magloire will start at center. Sophomore Tayshawn Prince will start at SF, while Keith Bogans, freshman SG will ****.

11. Stanford
-Led by junior C Jason Collins, and senior PF, Mark Madsen. Both starting next to freshman SG Casey Jacobsen. Freshman C Curtis Borchadt will redshirt as well as junior PF Jarron Collins.

12. Cincinnati
-Senior PF, Kenyon Martin might be a top 5 pick in the draft as he starts and leads this Cincy team. Both SF and PG freshman, DerMarr Johnson and Kenny Satterfield will both be redshirting.

13. Syracuse
-Senior C, Etan Thomas will start for the Orange. Senior Jason Hart will be the 6th man off the bench and junior SF Damone Brown will be starting as well.

14. Texas
-Junior C, Chris Mihm will start for this Texas squad while sophomore JR Chris Owens will be redshirting.

15. Creighton
-Freshman sharp shooter, Kyle Korver will start for Creighton at SF.

16. Notre Dame
-C/PF Sophomore Ryan Humphrey will start at C, Sophomore PF Troy Murphy will start next to him while freshman SF, Matt Carroll will also start.

17. Michigan State
-Senior SF Morris Peterson will start next to freshman SG Jason Richardson. Senior Mateen Cleaves will come off the bench and junior Charlie Bell will be redshirting.

18. St. Johns
-Senior Lavor Postell will get the start as well as sophomore Erick Barkley.

19. Iowa
-Sophomore PF, Reggie Evans will be the lone starter for Iowa.

20. Boston College
-Freshman PG Troy Brown will be starting for BC at PG.

21. Indiana
-Sophomore PF Kirk Haston will start. A.J. Guyton, senior PG, will also start with him.

-Senior C, Jake Voskuhl, and senior PG Khalid El-Amin will start.

23. Arkansas
-Freshman SF Joe Johnson will start as well as sophomore Jannero Pargo at PG.
