Here is the updated version of the historical database with stats for the current season included:

http://www.fbbgames.com/historicaldata1415.zip

The historical database file is in the main data folder for the game. Normally that will be here:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\GDS\Fast Break Pro Basketball 3

So I've unzipped this file to the correct location, overwriting the existing file. Does this mean that I can start a season with the '14-15 season? If so, how do I create a season with this? I know that when you've released roster files in the past, I dump the extract into the \playerfiles folder, and then create a new season using that file as the source, but not sure exactly what I'm getting with this historical database.

there are duplicates. there are two Mbah a Moute and Luigi Datome, Jeffery Taylor and Jeffrey Taylor are the same person. When you create a game starting 2014, Phoenix has no roster.

I've fixed the reported issues regarding Phoenix and some duplicate players.

Basically yes. When you start a new game for 2014 just choose historical database for the initial player source and it should work.

Alot of the contracts seem way off. Rajon Rondo has two years left on his deal around 5-6MIL per year, someone named Jeff Adrien on the T-Wolves has a monster contract, as does Thaddeus Young.

Historical database does not include contracts. You would need a player file specific to the season to include actual contracts.
